Charmaine Hamilton
Operations manager
Charmaine is a graduate in Leadership and Management for Health and Social care Services. She has over 15years experience in Managing the Operational and Contractual requirements for Domiciliary and Nursing Care Services in both Northern and Southern Ireland. She is the Responsible person for both Ann’s Nursing care and Ann’s Care homes.
In her role with Ann’s Nursing care and Ann’s Care Homes, Charmaine is responsible for ensuring the Operational Management of both the agency and our Care Homes in compliance with legislatory and Regulatory requirements. She also manages complaints, training requirements and supports our RGN with revalidation.
In her spare time, Charmaine enjoys hiking and cycling i.e. when she has time off from chauffeuring her 2 children to their various sporting activities!

Gabrielle McArdle
Operations Manager
Gabrielle has worked as a Chartered Accountant in both the financial and private sector for over 25 years before joining Ann’s in 2019. Gabrielle oversees the general management and finances of the Care Homes.
Her background has provided valuable knowledge and skills in various financial and acquisition functions, along with key organisational and client handling skills which compliment her current role.
Away from work Gabrielle enjoys cycling and walking her numerous pets!

Michael McQuade
General Manager
Michael has 10 years plus experience in a financial role.
Michael works in recruitment and bookings in different areas. Dedicated, energetic and enthusiastic, Michael is driven to succeed and finds genuine excitement in every position that is filled.
Away from work Michael has 3 young kids that keep him on his toes. He was also an avid sportsman turned sports fan!

Robert Barnstaple
Finance & Accounts
Prior to taking up the position of Finance Manager for Ann’s Nursing Care in 2018 and subsequently Ann’s Care Homes in 2020, Robert spent 15years holding positions of seniority within the accounts departments of various private Healthcare Organisations In his native Scotland.
His background has afforded him valuable knowledge and skills in various financial and accounting functions, including: financial planning, client account management, staff payroll, reporting and credit control; which compliment his current role.
Outside of work Robert is an avid follower of sport, a self-confessed movie buff and likes attending music gigs. However, with a toddler at home, hobbies are out the window!
