Ann’s Home Care was established as a Domiciliary care agency in 1994 by its current owners Pat and Ann McQuade.

All staff receive a comprehensive induction programme which exceeds mandatory training requirements and the existence of our in-house training team allows us to adapt to varying facility training requirements with ease.

Trustworthy
Ann’s has in place rigorous selection and vetting procedures and processes to ensure that only trustworthy and honest individuals are allocated to your care. Checks carried out before a care worker commences are identity checks, two references and police vetting procedures through Access NI.

Skilled Staff
All staff then undergo a comprehensive induction training programme which includes classroom training followed by work based training under the direct guidance of a senior care worker or manager.

Quality Maintained
To ensure care workers maintain high standards the manager will continually supervise them carrying out their duties. The manager will also carry out spot checks and carry out monitoring visits to the client’s home at least 3 times per year to find out if the client and their family are happy with the services being provided.
